On July 6, 2024, Community Care Alliance experienced a network disruption that led to unauthorized access or acquisition of certain systems and data between July 1 and July 5, 2024. An investigation completed on January 8, 2025, determined that personal and health information—including names, addresses, Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, and medical details—may have been at risk. Community Care Alliance has engaged third-party specialists, implemented additional security safeguards, and is offering free credit monitoring and identity protection services for 12 months. The cyberattack was claimed by rhysida on 2024-07-26.
